Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of appsforwork.ai, a service of Agile Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it as well.

The service
We build custom AI-powered web applications for the organizations we work with and host them in one managed hub. The specific tools available to your organization, along with fees, deliverables, and timelines, are defined in a separate service agreement between your organization and us. If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.
Accounts and access
Accounts are provisioned by us or by your organization’s administrators. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Your organization is responsible for managing which of its users have access and at what role.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to access data belonging to another organization, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without our written authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or metering.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service except as permitted by your service agreement or applicable law.
- Upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to use.
Your data
Your organization owns the data it stores in the service. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data in order to provide the service. Our handling of business data is described in the Data Policy, and of personal information in the Privacy Policy; both are part of these Terms.
AI outputs
Parts of the service generate content using artificial intelligence. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose, and are provided as assistance, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or acting on it.
Fees
Fees for building and operating tools, including any AI usage budgets, are set out in your service agreement. Except where that agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and we may suspend access for accounts that are materially past due after reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
We own the service — the platform, its software, design, and everything we make available through it other than your data. Ownership of custom work we build for your organization is defined in your service agreement. Feedback you give us about the service may be used by us without obligation.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and performant, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime level unless your service agreement includes one. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces a tool your organization has paid for, we will work with you on a remedy under your service agreement.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in a service agreement, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to the service. Our total liability for all claims arising from the service will not exceed the amounts your organization paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
Your organization’s right to use the service continues for the term of its service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms that is not cured after notice. On termination, your organization may export its data as described in the Data Policy, and the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Agile Consulting is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where a signed service agreement specifies otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will notify affected organizations. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means the updated Terms apply.
